Description of Position

Northwest Nazarene University is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach in the online, accelerated Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership program through N麻豆原创 eCampus. This is a fully remote position, and we are building a pool of qualified instructors to teach additional sections as needed. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

The University requires that all candidates have a Christian perspective (preferably in the Wesleyan tradition) and must be comfortable with and in agreement with the mission and lifestyle values of N麻豆原创; candidates are asked to respond to the information items listed on the N麻豆原创 Adjunct Application form linked below. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership or a related discipline.
  • Professional experience directly related to the course(s) of interest.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience teaching in an online format. Teaching experience directly related to the course(s) of interest.

Candidates who are new to online teaching are welcome to apply. The program provides online teaching coaching to support instructors in the transition to online instruction.

Compensation

Adjunct faculty are compensated on a per-credit basis at a rate determined by education level. Opportunities for an increased rate are available based on cumulative credit hours taught at the University.
