About Master of Divinity: Missional Leadership
N麻豆原创 was an early leader among seminaries and divinity schools by offering a flexible, fully online, 75-credit Master of Divinity degree with specialization in Missional Leadership. As an M.Div. student, you’ll pair our strong pastoral ministry core with our Missional Leadership track to transform you, your church and your neighborhood.
Complete your entire program in as few as four and a half years, taking just one course at a time.* Start with your pastoral ministry core or dive into your specialization first, depending on your preference. Regardless of what you choose, our experienced faculty will invest in your growth and development.
*Students in their final year of study may complete Supervised Ministry concurrently with other course/s or enroll in it separately during the Summer session.

Program Outcomes
Upon graduation from the program, you will be able to:
- Understand and be able to explain Wesleyan-Holiness theology as it relates to scripture, Christian tradition, reason and experience in the practice of ministry
- Identify characteristics of the cultural context of ministry and assess them through an appropriate theological perspective, compare existing cultures with alternative cultural expressions and develop personal and corporate practices consistent with the reign of God
- Practice the means of grace (spiritual disciplines) that lead to emotional and spiritual health, personal Christian theological virtue and responsible social engagement
- Integrate Christian theological themes in the understanding and practice of ministry and leadership
